[I] no longer struggle with the nagging injuries that I used to get.  I think it is because I have a skilled professional helping to work out the parts of my body that can help support my running.  I just completed the Chicago Marathon by using a training plan that was developed by Liza with my body, my mind and my schedule built in.  I am certain that this was my best path.
